I attended the 12th Dec afternoon free 3-hour session. Excellent delivery. I have IT background and been through some online videos before, which left me a little confused because some videos go fast, with less-than-clear audio and shows the steps without the "whys".

Here, Andrew took the trouble to ensure you knew where and why you were doing something. Amazing for a free session. Even more that amazing they would offer a follow-up 2-day course for free.

I left the session knowing more than I did - in 3 hours compared to days of video tutorials, even for basic steps. It's like taking you straight there versus fumbling your way through. The only thing I would have preferred was a little less personal sharing, to keep in line with the allotted time as I had an appointment thereafter.

Had learned much in last 2 days course. My knowkedge about making blogs, creating website, even using Google and internet, etc... are almost zero. But I attended that "2 Days WordPress on line course" as it said no technical knowledge required.
The lectures and instructions of Andrew and Jackson are very good! I am very satisfied of all. Just becausec of my poor knowledge and slow in learning, I think I hv got just about 60% of what they taught in last 2 days, but I trust I could do it well as continue learning and using it. Course fee may be seen as unbelievable - 8 $, but what they give and what you may get are so much valuable. I just like to say "soo goood", "Excellent"! I think I will go on for more advanced learning!

Attended the 3-hours (actually more than 4-hours) free WordPress class. Andrew delivered it in a very simple and easy way even beginner like me have no problem following. Let's be honest, 3-hours definitely not enough to know everything about WordPress but it's good enough to start a decent website. I agree with Andrew about practice what you have learned, if not it's just another 3-hours wasted.

Attended the first day, lesson is very clear and both instructors know how to moderate the class so that nobody is left behind and yet the faster students can progress first. 👍

I'm not really a smart or very fast learner. so at first was worried that I couldn't understand or caught up. but surprisingly it was easy to understand and the pace of the lesson was nice.

Attend the free 3-hour workshop in Aug, although Andrew was not feeling well that day, he still patiently explained the basic of wordpress and answering questions. The 2 day WordPress workshop l would consider it as free as well since l only pay for the plug in. One must be very concentrated in the class since there is a lot of things to learn and ask the questions whenever in doubt as Andrew really answering all the questions. At first, I was skeptical as to how something like this could be free and if I really could learn a thing or two but was pleasantly surprised when all he talked about 99% of the time was how to build a wordpress website and answering questions from the participants, including myself. He was very patient with each question and very knowledgable. The 1% was to share how he sustained his business and as any business person would know, this is 100% perfectly alright. I can guarantee there was NO coercion or even "last xxx seats left" kind of strategy. You could walk right out at the end of the session and feel no pressure.

Andrew & Jackson were patience in guiding us to go through every important WordPress functions.

They demonstrated the steps at first then give us time to do hands on practice for every section, thus it helps us to have deep imprints.

It's a great course for people even without any knowledge on wordpress. Andrew and Jackson answers all questions and wait for students to catch up before moving on. Its a step by step of the basics, and every student will be able to build their own basic website after the course!

Great training by Andrew Koh. Some may dislike it but I do agree to a certain extent that you do have to follow his style and training flow as there can be thousand and one questions to ask by anyone and everyone during class but this will digress and makes everyone lose focus and confused. So he tries as much as possible to clarify questions in his own systematic way and make sure everyone can understand the basic principles of website building using WordPress, which is key.

The free course that I joined yesterday was in fact equal to a proper course that you would pay anywhere else. It was very comprehensive and easy to follow. Although it was just the basic of WordPress, the manner of teaching was professional, yet allowed us to participate in the thinking process, hence this gave us no time at all to be bored. I would recommend this course to anyone seriously interested in building their own website from scratch or thinking of making a career out of webdesign, as it gives us a better idea on how to proceed further before taking the leap into investing for your future career. It is a class worth taking!

Was super skeptical cos I'd signed up for the 3-hour Basic WordPress course via an ad on FB for this FOC class by a rather dubious-sounding provider called Awesome Sites. But the morning proved a great use of my time as I did learn the fundamentals of WordPress and can see that Andrew has a sincere heart teaching students FOC. He is a bit luo suo (long-winded) but can see that he is trying to help students understand the full picture hence he spends more time providing history/context/depth/examples. The 3-hour intro class is great to find out if u are really keen on investing another 2 full days of your time learning how to build websites!

I have attended the free wordpress class which you would already be able to do a basic wordpress website by the end of the class. I wanted to practise, therefore I joined his 2 days workshop for a reasonable price. For the same price paid, another day of Woocommerce workshop is provided at a later date. There were much hand holding for beginners, hands on practice, spontaneous sharing of tips on what works (or not), and Andrew always have many other lobangs for you (find out yourself!). The classes were especially useful as most questions would be answered and with step by step demonstrated.

After the class, I could do a website by myself in one day. To master wordpress can be very overwhelming, therefore one needs to practise regularly and have access to support. Even after the classes, there are free videos to recap on certain topics. If there are topics that are not covered by videos, there is an active support messaging group where one can ask questions and get replies.

In today's time and age, knowing wordpress can be a useful skill. The class has a good mix between young, middle-aged and retirees. What I like is that there are was no hard selling involved, so there is no awkward moment during the class. If I have to nit pick, I find the workshops hours are abit too long... and there are still people who stay back to ask more questions. IMHO, this is a highly recommended workshop.

Andrew and Jackson are such gem trainers in web design and digital marketing, you're going to be amazed by how much they are willing to share and answer every question you have for them! They're very knowledgeable and supportive, and I totally enjoy my few online courses with them!

I came away from the 3-hour session learning a lot from Andrew, who is very sincere about wanting to impart his knowledge to those who really want to learn. This is not a gimmick session and the best thing is, there is no pressure to sign up for anything.

I have been looking for a good quality wordpress course for the longest time and finally I choose to go with Awesome site 3 hours FREE basic workshop. I went there thinking it must be like the other workshops that teaches you nothing in a few hours preview session and you went home still can’t build anything but to my surprise it is not at all. It is in fact a legit WordPress course that might cost you a few hundreds dollars if you learn it elsewhere but I learnt it for free here! This is the first time I felt very satisfied after attended a free workshop.

The way the courses were structured and speed of teaching is very comfortable and easy to follow for the general public. I attended the basic WordPress program last month and throughout the lesson, I was waiting to see what’s the catch for a $12 class that teaches you everything you need to know to the basic WordPress. Was at 21 Aug’s afternoon slot for the 3hr Free Introductory class. My main purpose was to learn more of website building, using wordpress. I have gone through some YouTube videos prior, but none actually moved me until Andrew did his magic in that 3 hrs. On 23 Aug (2 days after) i have 2 new websites (https://geraldng.wordpress.com & https://falconitedesign.wordpress.som). I am on fever now and can’t wait for my 2 days training ( Let me know if I can pull it forth), where I will be able design and build a professional site or sites, fully to my own customisation!!

What will you expect from a $12 fee for a course over a total of 12 hours of training? It does not make any business sense. But on the receiver side, this course is highly recommended, informative, and has a good ROI on your time spent. I attended the 2-hour workshop, which overview says that, by the end of the workshop, you will walk away with the knowledge to build a basic WordPress website. Indeed. I was not disappointed.

Andrew was very engaging, and took his time to make sure you really understood the content and in fact, beyond just building a website. I've been to many of such similar workshops (Internet Marketing / Ecommerce / Affiliate Marketing etc). This is by far the best I've attended.

I attended it. Mr Andrew is competent on the topic of Web page designing, and passionate about what he is teaching. I have benefited from it and can now set up a WordPress website for myself.. . i did not have enough time. ..otherwise would like to learn his topic and ideas on Customising My Web pages.

Was skeptical about attending the free 4hr WordPress workshop at first. But it was really good and suitable for beginners. Andrew was able to deliver the course clearly and with humour. I had a good overview. He also provided some tips on the useful plugins that we can consider when designing our websites. The important thing is that he showed us how to 'fish' - the thought process on how to search on internet instead of giving the answers straightway. This allows us to explore more on our own. Will consider Awesomesites if I want to learn more on designing websites.

Andrew really knows his stuff and is an excellent trainer. I am a WordPress novice and I learned so much more during the basic training than all the time I had spent self-educating on Youtube.

I signed up and attended the wordpress course conducted by Andrew in mid September. Like many others, I was skeptical before the session. Nevertheless, I signed up and attended the course.
The course was organised and well-planned. It provides a good foundation for keen learners like me to have better understanding of WordPress. Information shared during the session was good enough to encourage me to start creating websites, with minimal skills required.
The course is very comprehensive- I don’t know how Andrew did it, but he managed to squeeze the course into half a day. The course extended from 3 hours to 4 hours, but the 4 hours were very well utilised. Andrew guide the participants well and no queries were left unanswered.
Insightful- Andrew was not selfish in sharing his knowledge. He shared and showed us the information and steps required to start our own website. In fact, he shared more than what I have expected.
And YES, the course is free. If you are skeptical, spend some time to complete the registration and attend the course. Don’t waste time questioning.
